Mercedes Isaac
Mercedes Isaac has over 15 years of experience in construction projects for both public and private owners in the A/E/C industry. One of her strengths is creating a collaborative work environment, conflict resolutions and supporting the owners in the decision making process.
Some of her experience includes:
- Owner’s representative on a Interamerican Development Bank (IDB) remodeling headquarters project.
- Quality Control experience having served as QC manager for a floating dock project designed and owned by the Panama Canal Authority.
- Key role as part of the multidisciplinary team serving as the US government owner representative on the civil works of the Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO), United States Department of State US Embassy project in Panama. Currently.
- Project Manager on the construction of a high end residence in Panama City.
Mercedes is a graduate of the Santa Maria University of Panama and holds professional licenses as both a Civil Engineer and Architect. She also has a Master in Business Administration degree from the Interamericana University of Panama, is a LEED® GA accredited professional and was recently awarded a Project Management Institute diploma from the University of Louisville, Panama City.
