Why do we do it?
We live in a small country, one with a non-inclusive economy, in a region that is considered economically underdeveloped. All of us at ICS believe that we need to do whatever we can to make projects such as yours a success. It is WHY we put our boots on in the morning.
How do we do it?

We hire the best people we can find, who believe what we believe. We seek projects that may be considered complex, difficult to build, have demanding Owners , are built to high levels of quality, often located in areas of difficult access and, sometimes, in areas hostile to project success.
