Mark W. Dillon
After completing his university studies in 1975, Mark Dillon joined the family business, Dillon Construction, Inc. in the Republic of Panama. With the successful coordination of hundreds of contracts in Panama and the region, Mark is especially qualified to provide invaluable Construction Management services to clients seeking to control project risk. At ICS, Mark is responsible for implementing cost controls, planning/scheduling and overall administration of the firm’s projects. He provides specialized knowledge in coordination with military operations, logistical planning and scheduling at remote and difficult sites, as well as pavement design and development, implementation of Quality Control, and Safety and Scheduling programs.
Mark brings a unique combination of skills to his clients and their projects:

Currently Mark is the Principal Construction Manager for the design, construction, and implementation of a sustainable community development program on a large, north central Panama mining project. Building competent management teams, implementing cost and control programs, assisting rural communities in developing and maintaining their infrastructure are some of Marks daily challenges.
Mark is a graduate of Arizona State University with degrees in Engineering and Finance
