John Henriquez
John’s in-depth understanding of the construction industry stems from his experience working with German, American, Mexican, and Panamanian construction companies on numerous challenging projects. As Assistant Superintendent in New York City for one of the world’s largest construction companies, John was responsible for directing, coordinating, and supervising the rehabilitation of ventilation shafts for the United States’ largest railroad transportation company. In Panama City, he served Superintendent responsible deck grooving operations on a cable stayed bridge. As Project Manager for a Mexico-based builder of natural gas pipelines, John managed relations with international suppliers and subcontractors for the construction of a 400 mile long natural gas pipeline. He was a Quality Control Engineer for the lead contractor on the construction of the World Trade Center transportation HUB where he was responsible for ensuring that the work met the strict standards set by the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. John received a B.A. in Political Science and Economics from Bard College and Master of Science in Construction Management from New York University
