Dillon<\/h1>\n<p>Christopher Dillon has over 35 years of experience in organizing and managing complex construction projects for both public and private owners in Panama and the region. He traditionally takes a \u201cboots on\u201d approach to managing construction problems in the field. As Project Principal he administers a key role in ensuring the project plan is built efficiently and within budget. Chris also assists owners, architects, engineers and other contractors on a broad range of constructability opportunities associated with infrastructure development, including \u201cproblem project\u201d turnaround and delivery, optimum methodologies, critical path procurement, and project management.<\/p>\n<p>Chris\u2019s specific experience includes work on heavy civil and marine construction including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ports, piers, docks and other marine structures<\/li>\n<li>Power plant civil works including structural steel assembly<\/li>\n<li>Bridges<\/li>\n<li>Complex mechanical structures<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Recently Chris devised an alternative piling system for the foundation construction for crude oil storage tanks (620,000 bbl. each) in western Panama. The concept formed the basis for a proposal to the owners of Panama\u2019s trans-isthmian pipeline.
